Since they have been acquired by Italcementi Group all the activities in Greece have started applying the logic, know-how and “best practices” of Italcementi Group to their activities.

• an intensive program of investment in all our plants and activities, amounting for more than  2,1 Million Euros in 2004.
• a dedicated Human Resources policy priorizing the hiring of the most adequate profiles, the continuous improvement of the working conditions starting from “Health and Safety” to motivation packages and of course the training program, one of the most complete and innovative among Italcementi Group worldwide.

In line with the “Sustainable Development” principles and values supported by Italcementi Group, the companies in Greece have structured and developed its initiatives and actions for the “Sustainable Development” of its activities in the following main local key areas:
