A resource recovery method involving the collection and treatment of a waste product for use as raw material in the manufacture of the same or a similar product. Normally waste strategies distinguish among three resource recovery options: re-use, without any structural changes in the material; recycling, where a material is re-used after structural changes e.g. through heating; and energy recovery.
