1988: Et Beton is bought by Ciments Francais.

1990:  Halyps Cement is bought by Ciments Francais.

1992: After the purchasing of Ciments Francais by the Italian group Italcementi, Halyps Cement is renamed Halyps Building Materials S.A., having already acquired the Anagnostakis quarries of aggregates materials, what is today Halyps Quarries.
Additionaly Et Beton is also passing from Ciments Francais to Italcmenti Group.

2011: Merger of Et Beton with Halyps Buidling materials S.A.
