As of May 1st 2011, Et Beton, the ready mix concrete production company merges with Halyps Building Materials S.A. The company’s brand name will remain the same and its trade name will hereinafter be Halyps Building Materials, Concrete Activity.
The merger is realized in the framework of Italcementi Group operations restructuring in Greece aimed at better Group organization and effective operations. The company’s activity remains the same with more efficient central services.
